What to Pack
For those staying overnight at Carroll University, you are permitted one gear bag (no exceptions will be made due to lack of space). All clothing, gear, bedding, and personal items must fit inside that bag and be packed tightly and securely with a maximum weight of seventy-five pounds. For the safety of our crew loading bags, we do not allow the use of bungee cords on bags. We recommend packing lightly and using a large soft-sided duffel bag.
Every participant will receive a comprehensive list of what to pack after they register!
Monday, July 23 - Thursday, July 26 will be Packet Pick-Up. This is a time for you to come to the ARCW offices in Madison and pick up your packet which will include your daily planner, your ID card, rider number, important info, and more! You can drop off your forms and money and meet other riders!
If a rider is unable to pick-up their packet during Packet Pick-Up week, they should contact the AIDS Ride Wisconsin - ACT Ride Coordinator, Carrie Sweet at 608.316.8619 to make alternative arrangements.
