Join the AIDS Ride Wisconsin - ACT Ride Crew

The backbone of the AIDS Ride Wisconsin - ACT Ride is the Crew, a group of selfless, energetic, and incredible people, who volunteer for multiple days of the ride and help AIDS Ride Wisconsin - ACT Ride to run smoothly and safely.

Crew members can register for Three-Day or Two-Day options.

They have no required fundraising minimum but do need to pay a $50 registration fee to help cover costs of board and meals.

Crew members will stay in the dorms at Carroll University in Waukesha, where rooms are provided (individual rooms based on availability at date of registration). Breakfast and dinner is provided by Carroll University food services and lunch will be provided by various sponsors.

Participants are invited to park their vehicles free of charge at Carroll University for the duration of their stay. Or they can park at the Dutch Mill Park & Ride lot in Madison. If parked in an appropriate stall, participants can park their cars for the duration of the ride free of charge. A bus will pick participants up at 6:30am on Friday, July 27 and take them to Lake Farm Park. Sunday, July 29, the bus will depart from Lake Farm Park at the end of closing ceremonies and return participants to the Dutch Mill Park & Ride.
